Heather Rashal, MA
Heather Rashal is skilled with assisting individuals interested in making change in their lives. If you notice your inner critic keeping you stuck, your rebellious side getting you into trouble or your inner child trying to find it’s voice, Heather will help you understand your entire self and step into empowerment. When these aspects of yourself are not explored, this can to depression, anxiety, confusion and incongruence in your daily life. This can be tiresome and difficult to sort through on your own. Heather is experienced at helping individuals understand the layers of their life so that they can make clear decisions about the direction their life will take.
Heather can help individuals, couples, and families. Heather’s area of expertise includes and is not limited to helping those with addictions, the use of clinical hypnosis, mindfulness based practices, and grief and loss. She serves adult and adolescent/ young adult populations, with a focus on LGBTQ++ youth.
Heather received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, as well as her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. She has been learning and working in the mental health field for over 10 years.
