Ever since she was young, Molly has always had a passion for helping others, and now she feels so fortunate and thrilled to grow this passion into a career where she has the honor of assisting clients in welcoming the best versions of themselves. Molly focuses on creating a safe, welcoming environment to establish a strong rapport and bond with clients throughout the therapeutic process. Her unique ability to understand and empathize with her clients’ experiences enables her to obtain results that are transformational for them. She has been practicing in the therapy field for the past 10 years providing peer counseling, psychoeducation, and volunteering with different mental health organizations.
Molly specializes in the unique area of assisting athletes and performers experiencing the challenges and stress of competition, injury, training, and performance, as well as career challenges when leaving the performing arts and transitioning to life after athletics. Her other areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, codependency, pet loss, grief, and trauma.
In her self-care time, Molly enjoys her passion for dance, especially ballet, snuggling with her rescue dog, Louie, and experiencing new cultures and environments through travel.
Molly received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She has received her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling through Capella University.
